Please review the following risks before using this service (crypto collateral loans). Users must fully understand this notice before using the service. All responsibility lies with the user.
1. Crypto Price Volatility
Crypto assets have much higher price volatility than stocks, bonds, and other traditional assets. Collateral value can drop sharply in a short period.
However, this product has no forced liquidation even if coin value decreases. Full repayment of principal and interest at maturity returns full collateral. Collateral is not liquidated solely due to price decline.
2. Loan and Repayment Risks
- Overdue interest: 0.1% per day if principal and interest are not paid by the due date.
- Auto liquidation: If overdue 30+ days, collateral is automatically sold. (Price decline alone does not trigger liquidation.)
- Additional loss: Fees and market loss from collateral sale are the user's responsibility.
3. Technical and System Risks
- Blockchain: Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed or fail due to network congestion, hard forks, etc.
- Wrong address: Assets sent to the wrong address or wrong network may be unrecoverable.
- Platform failure: Service may be limited due to temporary system issues.
4. Regulatory and Legal Risks
Laws and policies governing crypto and related financial services may change. Service may be restricted or discontinued due to regulatory changes. User bears responsibility for any resulting loss.
5. Third-Party Risks
Damage may occur due to exchanges, wallet providers, blockchain networks, or other third parties (service interruption, failure, hacking). The Company is not liable for third-party acts.
6. Not Investment Advice
This service does not provide investment advice. All decisions (application, deposit, repayment) are made at the user's own judgment and responsibility. Crypto collateral loans may be high-risk. Consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before use.
