- Loan application: collateral coin, amount, loan amount, term, payout method
- Stablecoin payout: USDT or USDC receiving wallet address
- USDT/USDC payout: receiving wallet address (TRC-20 or ERC-20)

- Usage logs, access logs, IP address, cookies, device information
Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)
- Account management: registration, verification, fraud prevention, account closure
- Loan services: collateral valuation, limit calculation, disbursement, repayment management
- Customer support: inquiries, dispute resolution, service improvement
- Legal compliance: retention and disclosure as required by law
Article 3 (Retention Period)
1. We delete personal data when the purpose is achieved. Exceptions:
- Contract/withdrawal records: 5 years
- Payment/supply records: 5 years
- Consumer complaints/disputes: 3 years
- Advertising records: 6 months
- Website visit logs: 3 months
2. Upon account deletion, data is deleted immediately except where retention is legally required.
