Loan Guide

Guide to JP finance's bitcoin and crypto collateral loan service.

1. Product Overview

JP finance is a platform where you borrow USDT or USDC against crypto. Loan limits use USD spot prices (CoinGecko via API; optional CoinMarketCap fallback when configured). LTV up to 200% allows borrowing up to 2x your collateral value in USD.

Example: With $10,000 of BTC collateral, you can borrow up to $20,000.

2. Supported Collateral Coins

※ Assets sent to the wrong network may be unrecoverable. Always verify the network.

3. Collateral deposit addresses

After your application is approved, the deposit address for your loan is provided on My Page or through our support chat. Do not send funds to any address from unofficial sources.

  3. Deposit collateral – Send to the designated address within 20 minutes

7. Payout Options

Funds are disbursed promptly after collateral verification.

8. What is LTV?

LTV (Loan to Value) is the ratio of loan amount to collateral value. 200% LTV means you can borrow up to 2x your collateral value. Higher LTV increases limits but also risk if collateral value falls.

9. Collateral Custody and Return

Collateral is held in cold storage. No forced liquidation even if coin value drops. Full repayment of principal and interest at maturity returns full collateral.
